I need to find an investor-friendly Title Company in Pennsylvania
does anybody know a good investor-friendly title company that does assignments in Lehigh County or surrounding area of Pennsylvania

There are few reasons why many title companies don't like to work with wholesalers --- especially if they use the assignment method. @Steve Babiak summarized one of the issues well in his post from about two years ago.

Can you explain why a title company is not working with you? That may narrow down the issue and see if I can find someone who is willing to handle it.
