My agent Rocks and for all of you who complain agents are no good

My Charleston Agent e mails me at 7pm my time... which is 10PM her time on a Sunday.

a lot just came up on a street that we had already built 2 homes on .. and I had been trying to go direct for that lot.. ( I would have listed with her once home was built anyway).

Any way she pings me.. docusign's me a contract 3 minutes later.. I sign return and offer is in.

been on the market about 10 minutes.. We offered full price which most folks in Charelston don't do.

big EM  NO contingencies ( just built the one next door and the one across the street) close in 30 days or less if they need it.

hoping to get it signed tomorrow and add another fantastic Charleston Infill to our portfolio... Its my very fav street we have worked on there the last 4 years..

So kudo's to my agent she is a rock star..
