New-ish CA agent trying to find divorce listings

Hi all: I am in the LA area, does anyone have ideas/recommendations on getting information on divorces? When I try to google this, I get links to classes on it, which I would love to take but looking more for how I can find them to market to them. Along the same lines, is there a way to find out when a home is "pre-foreclosure" so you can help to sell that property prior to it going into the foreclosure process? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
