Are there investment minded brokerages out there?

We've just kicked off our local real estate brokerage here in the Portland OR area. Not only do I want our agents to be very well educated and trained in retail real estate, but I also want them to have the knowledge to invest and assist investors. 

*We'll be walking my local flips to learn about building construction, deal analysis, rehab costs, etc. 

*We'll be teaching our agents about our investing across the country and open those avenues to better serve their clients. 

*We'll be educating agents on how to properly analyze buy and hold properties.

*We'll be educating agents on mobile home park investing and how to analyze those deals

*We'll be sharing our marketing strategies and allowing them to benefit from those systems.

Many additional educational sources for driven individual agents that we'll have in place, but most importantly we're going to do the right thing and have fun!

I'm sure there are other brokerages doing this across the nation, so if your part of them I'm curious on your experiences. Please share as I'm always open to additional ideas.
