Question as an agent

When you get you're license and all that fun jazz, are brokers interested in having you know what you're doing or will they train you? I know the course teaches you everything you should know but I'm sure everyone does not remember everything learned. So when you are looking for a firm to work with is the broker going to want you to know how to do everything from looking for buyers to closing a deal?

Also, how long does it take or how long did it take you to sell you're first house? and how much commission do you make?

That's all I have for now

Thank You
