Agent needed for Multi Family Investment in Newark, NJ

Hello,

I'm new to REI and looking to make my first investment. I've been looking around Newark, NJ but am open to similar markets. My ideal investment would be multi-family with 3 units, strictly passive investment from rental cash flow.

I am looking to work with an experienced professional who has vast experience not only in rental properties but also assessing good investment property, legal knowledge and knows the ins and outs of the area, past present and most importantly future. Looking to establish a good working relationship on my first deal, and continue working together on the next ones.
