Commission Advances for Investing

Good Morning All,

To Investor/Agents out there that have used "Commission Advance Companies" like Real Commissions, etc., what was your experience? Is it worth it, was there a bunch of red tape, paperwork involved? I'm thinking about using one on deals I would need to get creative with financing in order to bring cash to the closing table where I'm representing myself/LLC as the buyer.
