I've been running our local real estate investor club in Northern Colorado since 2003. Writing a book on the topic, but wondering if there are any other real estate agents already running clubs in their local market?

Hey James, 

My partner @Juan Barreneche and I have been running a local investment club for about a year now. We get pretty good attendance at each event. It has led us to create a facebook group,  1 on 1 sessions/consultations, and has produced quality buyer/seller leads.

Are you writing a book specifically on the topic of running local investor clubs? We'd love to hear more about it and maybe swap some ideas.
