Wholesaler in Murfreesboro

Currently looking for a wholesaler to buy from in Middle Tennessee, specifically Rutherford County and Murfreesboro. I have a hard money lender who ready to pull the trigger with me, just need a decent deal. I’ve posted this a long time back, but probably didn’t have my ducks in order as well as I thought I did. This coupled with the birth of my third child. :) Any body have any good names or contacts?

@Tony Crabtree You'll want to come to the main REIN monthly meeting tonight, and DEALS DEALS DEALS meetings every other Tuesday (tomorrow.) Deals get passed around at these meetings, and it is a great opportunity to meet some local wholesalers.

Another thing that you absolutely need to do is join the FB page REIN (Real estate investors of Nashville) and add yourself to the cash buyer's list. (Document that is posted with the page.) There are over 4,000 members that occasionally will email you with a deal, or post one on the page.

That said, the meatiest deals will be found by YOU. Wholesalers in Nashville metro are making 20-30K for assignment fees and taking most of the opportunity out.
