Investor Friendly Real Estate Agent in Lake County, IL
Can anyone refer an investor friendly real estate agent for Chicago suburban Lake County? I'm looking for someone that has previous experience working with investors, and preferably is an investor themselves. I would like to acquire three (3) buy-and-hold townhouses in the next couple of months. Many properties listed for sale can't be rented due to HOA restrictions. I don't have the tools or the time to sort through all the possibilities. I'd prefer someone who has experience with pre-foreclosures, since there are always a few good looking deals that need some investigation. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.
