I’m looking for a proactive property manager to take over my two single family homes in Charlotte, NC. I need to kick my current on to the curb for not understanding the market and being non-responsive.

We're about as responsive as it gets. My background is in transportation logistics, so managing tons of moving parts and being ahead of the game is at the core of our business model.
