Ok BP here is my question- specifically for those of you who are agents/REALTORS and real estate investors-

Let me hear the pros and cons of being both at the same time.

Thanks in advance...

Don't listen to the noise that there's a downside to becoming an agent. People will tell you that you have to notify all parties in a transaction that you are an agent- which is true, and it really has no effect on a deal. People will tell you that you have to adhere to a code of ethics in all of your transactions- if you are't being ethical in all of your transactions, agent or not, you won't last long anyhow.

You have access to so much more information, education and people who are in the game, there's no downside. It's literally the best investment I've made in my investing career, and I've put together some killer deals. Just jump in and get it done!
