Hi

I’m new in real estate world.I live in Brooklyn NY and in this market is impossible to invest in rental property is to expensive.

Who knows maybe where is the best town to invest in rental around Brooklyn maybe in NJ or PA or any cheapest town in NY thank you guys!!!
