Hello Bigger Pockets!

My name is Ricardo Solis Arroyo. I am looking to partner with a wholesaler with an interest for properties in the St. Louis, MO & Belleville, IL area. I'm in the market for multi-family homes specifically duplexes & triplexes in B/C class neighborhoods.

Hi @Ricardo Solis Arroyo I can help you on the MO side.  I buy B/C class properties for rentals and flips.

I am in the military and I am currently house hacking a single family now in charleston. I am encouraging my sister to house hack a multi family and I am wanting a multi family as well within the 175-250k range in st clair county preferably belleville. I am not sure if you could help or have any deals but If you do run it by me.

2+ Bed 1-2 Bath. Units within a decent area (B/C class). This would be my first rental property investment so I'd like to start small and scale my way up.
