Picking Real Estate Broker

Well in the process of picking a firm, set up meeting with 5 major companies. I already meet with 2 of them. I know the training is the #1 most important thing. But besides that which one is better? a higher CAP ($35,000) but no monthly fees, free office space, signs, business cards , open house marketing, website , and have access to all offices or lower CAP ($20,500) but have $49 monthly fees, pay for everything on your own. Office space doesn't matter to me cause I already one. But both do have free computer labs anyway. Also, can you negotiate anything with these firms ? Any advice will help. Thanks !

Training and technology and systems are very important. I think what you mention financially does not make a difference. I think most important are the people, the energy that you get from them is what will propell you forward. Everyone promises training, try to understand the depth of it - is it something done on the side or or do they take training serious and systematically as a part of ongoing development?
