Trying to read as many different books as possible! I know this question probably pops up a lot! But what are some good books for absolute beginners in Real Estate?
I'd start with the 7 Levels of Communication, then go to The Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents, then move to stuff like The Million Dollar Real Estate Agent. Good luck!
@Justin Allen The first books I ever read were by Dirk Zeller. Try “Success as a Real Estate Agent for Dummies.” Lots of really good, practical information. I also absolutely love the Millionaire Real Estate Agent, by Gary Keller, but I found that a lot of the best parts of the book went over my head for the first few years I was selling. I read it over probably 3 years in, and was amazed at how good it was. Then, I just read it again and it opened my eyes to even more good stuff.
"How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie is a good one! Not directly related to real estate but some solid principles in there for building lasting relationships.
