Does anyone here have knowledge of Trenton NJ abandoned homes?

I’m interested in developing or help redevelop the Trenton area. The city is unsightly and people of the city need hope. I want to know are there programs out there that I can apply for financial help to make this happen. There’s obviously no banks that would approve any loans because there’s no real value in these properties yet. Any help or insight would be tremendously appreciated
