Does anyone have a quality spreadsheet for analyzing buy and hold properties? I’m not quite analyzing enough to pay for a subscription here on BP.

The ones that BP offers are great , and I would also recommend you to check the app Dealcheck, it is an awesome app and I believe they have a starter membership for free. Both ways are really worh it.
