Multi-state licenses. Where to start?

Hi all! I started skimming posts last night and it's my first time posting.

I'm looking to become a real estate agent and looking for advice on which state I should get my license on. I currently live in AZ, looking to move to CO in a year or so. Should I start with an AZ license then transfer or get the CO license?

And, what advice do you have for getting multi-state real estate licenses?
