Let's say your an agent who does 1031 exchanges for multiple different property investors, each one selling and buying at about 1 million each with you (the agent) getting a 5-7% commissions. How many exchanges would you have to go through to get your commissions add up to 1 million?
Is this a test? ; D . Depends on many factors...how much are the listing and co-op commissions offered for each property as well as what your company split is? Are you working referrals with Agents in other locations across the country to service your clients? and, if so, what are those commissions and splits? Do you have agents on your team that you're paying or having service your clients? ...not sure where you're going with this?
Not a test, just curious. And the person should be a dual agent for all of the exchanges unless it's impossible. Lets just say for the commissions the agent gets 70%. And no other agents from your brokerage. This is just pure numbers.
