Hello John!

There are plenty of teams looking to expand in your market. What I'd recommend is that you meet with at least 2 different team leaders to find out how they can help you succeed in the business.

The important things to look out for are:

- Training - How often is training offered and what are the topics covered? You want to make sure there is consistent training on the topics that matter! i.e. cold calling, follow-up, social media content, branding, listing/buyer presentation.

- Accountability - How are your numbers going to be tracked and who will be tracking them?

- Leads - This is the lifeblood of any business. You want to make sure you're joining a team that invests in its agents by providing a consistent flow of leads for you to call.

- Mentorship/Coaching - Someone who understands and can lead you towards your long-term goals.
