Signing Listing Agreements on Behalf of LLC?

Hey everyone, what's the right way to sign a listing agreement with a landlord who is an LLC/S-corp/whatever? My managing broker kicks these back sometimes and doesn't care other times. I always default to putting the company name as the landlord. Managing broker wants a human to sign. The landlord doesn't want to use their personal name anywhere. What's the move? Thank you

Landlord usually has to use a personal name as the designated signer or officer of the LLC, trust etc. but your broker should be the authority on this for your state. If them dismissing you is a regular occurrence maybe it is time to find a new broker. RE agents that are productive finding a new broker is not hard.
