I suggest identifying which brokerage in your market has the largest market share. Then identify which branch office location of that company has the highest production per agent. Join that location, then copy everything the top producers in that office do.  

That was what I did when I got into the business, and by my third year in the business I had become one of the top 1% of agents nationwide.
