Calling all Seasoned Investors and Realtors
I am a newbie to investing and I really like this property and the numbers work. I saw this property on the MLS and have visited the house and everything with my agent. However, my agent only talks to me about once per day, text back hours after i text him, and rarely answers his phone. Is this a common thing among real estate agents? I am ready to move forward and possibly offer but he moves so slow. Is it time to find another agent?
This is not a good experience for me dealing with a Real estate agent as my first investment property
