Offer on home owned by Zillow
Hello fellow Agents,
looking for some advice on a home owned by Zillow. There asking price is $154,900 and there is not much skin in the game, Zillow bought the home 3 months ago for
$ 142,500. Does anyone know how Zillow responds to a lower offer than there asking price or whats is there pricing strategies?
