Open House - Million Dollar Home

I was offered to hold an open house for a million dollar home. My reason for this post is I accepted and would like to know if anyone has tips they’ll share on marketing to millionaires. I’m planning for an upscale open house and want to market it to the audience looking to purchase in this market. It’s in Florida and docks out to the river.
