First Investment Property!
Hello Investors!
My partner and I are looking to purchase our first investment property! We are predominantly looking to house hack a 2-4 unit property for our first purchase. We both recently moved to the West Palm Beach, FL from the Northeast and quickly looking to purchase something. Both on MTM leases and able to provide 30 day notice. We both do property management for a living and are very knowledgeable in real estate investing.
What we are looking for is a seasoned, honest agent who has an investor's mindset who knows the area and where to procure deals that we are having issues finding. We are both very serious about finding something asap as we both hate the concept of paying rent just as much as you all do!
