Happy Holidays!!

I’m looking for a property for short term rentals like Airbnb in Phoenix and North Scottsdale area, I want to know if it’s better to buy a condo/apartment or a small size single house? I don’t mind doing remodeling myself if it’s in a good location. Want to know professional ideas, thank you!
