Looking to invest in Myrtle Beach, SC
My wife and I are looking to buy our first rental property in the Myrtle Beach area and are looking for a realtor that can help us make the right choices. Our initial thought was to get a condo and rent it as an Airbnb as we are familiar with the tourism in that area. We are currently living in Colorado and we are unsure as to how this will affect potential real estate transactions. If anyone can help us out we would appreciate it. Thanks!
