Hello!

My wife and I are relatively new investors out of Colorado. We have been investing for a few years now and have had success with a couple properties. Prices out here are making it very difficult to find anything investment worthy. We are interested in taking the leap and investing out of state. We are interested in the Wilkes Barre/Scranton PA area and are looking for an investor friendly agent. Any recommendations are welcome, thank you!
