Do NOT do business with this company! Do not accept an offer to purchase your home. They are a scam! We received a cash offer with a 28 day closing and a two week inspection deadline. They extended the inspection by one week which we graciously agreed, leaving us with only 1 week to close and render possession. On the day of inspection they sent a person who only took pictures of our home (we were present), never turned on a light, never adjusted the thermostat, did not flip on the garbage disposal or even turn on a faucet. NOTHING, no inspection. Our home is only 4 years old and in beautiful condition. They have now sent a termination of the contract citing the inspection but no additional information. Do not waste your time, do not take your home off the market for them and their games.
