I know this question has probably been asked a thousand times.

Is 5 percent the typical rate to offer realtors to relist a property you intend to flip?

Hi Kaz, here in california realtors get 2.5-3% on each side of the transaction. Representing the buyer or seller. So as a seller, you'd be paying between 5-6% in realtor's commissions.. Not sure about Chicago....good luck!
