First time investor
Hello my name is Thomas, I am first time investor. However, I have done a ton of reading and have built what I would like to believe a solid foundation for real estate investing. With that being said, I am in need of a an agent that isn’t your typical buyers agent of course. Although, agents will claim that they have worked with investors, how do you really know which ones have the capability to guide you in making the right decision when purchasing your investment property?
