A question for agents

Hello Agents,

I'm starting out at a new brokerage and I know I will be much more busy working with residential buyers and focusing on making money. I was just curious if others have timeblocking strategies to focus on investing and staying up with the market versus helping clients. Currently I'm focusing on making cash as an agent and then calling off market multi-unit owners. I feel like on-market properties just aren't worth it currently.
