I am sending in an offer for a home on the market currently. My buyer is an investor and flips properties. The listing agent asked what my buyer is purchasing for. Do I disclose that he wants to flip the property?

@Grayson Anderson Summers I always respond with does it matter? Is there any issue with proof of funds or pre-approval letter? Because that and how the offer was written is all that matters. As a general rule I never disclose my clients intent unless the seller is a fellow investor.
