Hi community! I am reaching out to you because I'm looking for hard lenders that may want to work on an international deal.

I live in Panama (Central America) and I'm seeing some great deals here... commercial properties are going for 30 off.

My family owns around 12 single-family properties as of today.

I do have capital (cash) and equity in my home but Id like to explore some options (if at all doable).

I would appreciate your input or recommendations!
