What Lenders Refinance an investment property at 80% LTV?
I have a rental property that I need to get refinanced at 80% or 85% LTV. Does anyone know of a mortgage companies that will do these slightly higher LTV's? Most banks I've talked to are at 70-75% LTV. Any help or direction would be appreciated!
