Should I use a bank with no branches in my state?

Hello.  I am new to real estate investing, and had a question about banking for my business.  Does it matter if the bank I use does not have branches in the state I am in?  I already have a personal Capital one 360 account, and thought to open a business checking and savings account with them, but they do not have branches in Missouri. I am not certain if this matters or not. Thanks for any information you can provide.

Most of my loans are brokered to banks that have 0 branch locations in California, the overwhelming majority don't even offer checking/savings accounts, they are "mortgage banks" rather than "bank-banks." "Non-depository mortgage bank" being the fancy term. So it's perfectly normal.
