Full disclosure mortgage company

Justin Staples

If I have a owner financed home that I pay solely with cash. Do I have to disclose this information to a mortgage company for a loan? I would like to keep my DTI as low as possible. Would there be repercussions?

Hi Justin I am going to sound like a broken record: Whatever you represent to your mortgage company in order to obtain financing must be correct, accurate and the truth. That protects you from a free stripes sui, three hots and a cot.
