Getting a construction loan on a seller financed deal.

I am considering buying a small multifamily property using seller financing. The Subject property will need Some rehab. I am wondering if there is any way to obtain a construction loan or any way in general people can think of to obtain a loan for the rehab on a seller financed deal?
