Terrible Customer Service! No one at this company knows how to use a phone. After dealing with them for 3 weeks on a deal, not one person of several returned a phone call, only got email responses! After receiving a high pre-qualification letter, 22 days after applying for a loan, they email back "comps don't support". This could have been done the first week, instead of wasting everyone's time! Don't Waste Your Time with this company!

I had the same service issues. they are making a bad name for themselves and it will soon catch up with them.
They changed the interest rates at closing and dropped my loan amount by several thousand dollars siting that I requested it, which is completely false. Bait and switch
