Newbie doing an FHA 203K! HELP!

Greetings everyone

I'm a new R.E.I with a property under contract, using an FHA 203K. Does anyone have any recommendations for a lender that is familiar with 203K in Philly that can give me a good rate? Also, any recommendations on great reasonably priced contractors that does 203Ks would be even better.

HUD has 2 online database of lenders that provide info regarding their experience with the 203k.

Regarding contractors, I always recommend using contractor who have verified 203k experience or 203k education, such as Certified 203k Contractors.
