Cashout refinance process and timeline
Hi BP -
Planning for future cashout refinance here… if I had a portfolio of 50 single family homes, how long would the process of performing a cashout refinance take on the entire portfolio? What would the process look like?

It would depend on multiple factors, particularly which type of lender (and specific lender) you choose, but I would bet on the process taking about 45-60 days, mostly due to the probably time it will take to get all 50 appraisals buttoned up
