tenant growing Weed in unit

hey everyone I need an answer to this question. I am in the process of purchasing an apartment unit. I did the inspection and the bank got back to me saying that the growing in the unit needs to be removed or the tenant needs to be evicted for the bank to finance the property. I had never heard of this before, even my realtor was shocked about this.  has anyone experienced this and how do I get around it? Now I am waiting for the appraisal to see if the braiser will red flag the pot growing in the unit as well.

Should look for a different bank to finance?
