How to find the best mortgage rate for an investment property

Hi All,

I am looking to add a mortgage to a single family investment property that I own in full (no mortgage). I have searched the web, but cannot find a means of comparing the rates being offered either by large or community banks. Any guidance on how to identify the best available rate is greatly appreciated!

I recommend working with a broker who can shop for you or calling/reaching out to the different banks and requesting quotes.
