Hi, I'm new to the US real estate market. As a foreigner, I know I have limited options to obtain a loan in the US, but still possible. My questions are:
1. What is the average interest rate now for a foreigner to obtain a loan in the US?

2. Have you heard of Lendai? I've found this is a Fintech that offers loans for foreigners. Any reviews of this company?
