AI dialing for real estate businesses

Hi, I work for a business lending brokerage (business loans, lines of credit etc.) based in FL. We just installed an AI text & dialing system which can handle real phone conversations and book meetings into a calendar. The text/chatbot can also do the same.

We looked into this because our best appointment setter left for a more stable corporate job, and the other one got promoted within the company. The new guys we hired were not up to par so we thought it couldn't hurt to try this.

This AI system can dial 1000 leads at once and have 100 conversations at once. It is also programmed to follow up based on the frequency you set, we have it dialing a lead everyday for the first week, 3x the second week, and 1x for 2 more weeks. Alongside an SMS campaign. Obviously with the opportunity to opt out.

It's booking in ~20% of the convos it has over the phone which is. If it continues to perform this well we don't see the need to hire an appointment setter... saves a ton of headache as the position is definitely high turnover.

Do y'all think a mortgage brokerage, hard money lender, or wholesaling company could benefit from a system like this?
