Partner Driven 100% financing

Has anyone ever used partner driven? They are a platform where you pay a membership fee and they provide all of the capital for the deal and you guys split 50/50 profit. They cover from purchase price to the light bill. 

im just curious if anyone has ever used them and what their experience was? I am looking to secure some sort of money to scale my fix and flip business and this seems like a good option. Let me know what you guys think,
