New Investor Looking for advice on VA Loan

I'm a new investor looking to buy a multi family home in Austin Texas within the next 5-6 months. I'm new to the process and was wondering if anyone here has any experience or tips on using the VA loan for rental properties. I will be living in one unit and renting the rest.
