New Investor Looking for advice on VA Loan

Rudy Romo
Posted

I'm a new investor looking to buy a multi family home in Austin Texas within the next 5-6 months. I'm new to the process and was wondering if anyone here has any experience or tips on using the VA loan for rental properties. I will be living in one unit and renting the rest. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you!

This is exactly how I got started. I bought my first home with a VA loan and rented out all the rooms. We do offer VA loans in every state (except NY) and I'd be more than happy to connect and chat more about the benefits of a VA loan and how to get started.
