Just starting up in the Cheyenne WY area and need some guidance on who would be good working with investors.  

Starting members for the team would be an Attorney and Mortgage Broker.

My main goal is to help new families get into homes through a lease option situation while they would work with the mortgage broker to help with qualifying for a loan.

Any suggestions?
